The reports name the client as "Crystal Peptides | EU supplier + international" and "Crystal Peptides EU", list the manufacturer as the crystalpeptides.eu domain, and carry a unique key that resolves on Janoshik's public verification service — so the chain from vial batch to laboratory result is checkable without trusting the vendor's own PDF.

A 1-star review published on 15 September 2026 describes a €250 order with paid premium shipping that never arrived, with the customer asked to chase the courier. Support is email and AI-assisted, not live chat. Two separate reviews in September mention slow or automated email responses and tracking numbers that did not resolve with the courier. That is a support-capacity issue rather than a product issue, but it matters when a parcel goes missing.
The company footprint is only partly published. The terms page names "Crystal Peptides LTD" as the website administrator; the checkout defaults to Bulgaria with a +359 dialling code and Bulgarian delivery options; Trustpilot lists the business location as Germany; and a recent community thread repeats the Bulgaria claim as a question rather than a fact.
