DelixLabs Review: Lab Reports, Shipping and Returns

DelixLabs publishes verifiable lab-report links, but those documents do not establish what every current order contains. Its shipping pages also disagree, and its returns policy makes most sales final.

This is a documentary review of public pages and two lab-hosted reports checked on October 12, 2026. We did not buy, receive or independently test DelixLabs products.

What is DelixLabs?

DelixLabs sells research materials at delixlabs.com and describes its fulfillment as United States-only. Its About page restricts products to qualified researchers, laboratories and institutions conducting in-vitro research.

DelixLabs states that its products are not for human or veterinary use. This review assesses published vendor information, not medical suitability, clinical effectiveness or regulatory approval.

Does DelixLabs publish independent lab reports?

Yes. The DelixLabs COA page provides task numbers and verification links to Janoshik. A COA, or certificate of analysis, describes a tested sample; the link alone does not verify every vial sold.

We opened these two reports on Janoshik's own verification service. Both show analysis conducted on March 19, 2026:

Both reports list shpeptide.com as manufacturer, not DelixLabs. We could not establish the link between these tested samples and DelixLabs' current shipped inventory from the documents alone. That limitation is not proof of wrongdoing.

The Tesamorelin product page links an older report than the March report in the COA library. Researchers should ask which report and batch match the specific item being supplied, rather than assuming the newest library entry applies.

The library also labels some blends as “ID & amount only.” Do not interpret those entries as a purity percentage. The two reports above do not show sterility or endotoxin results and do not establish suitability for human use.

How long does DelixLabs take to ship?

DelixLabs does not publish one consistent processing timeline. Its current pages make these different statements:

About page: Orders before 2 PM CT ship the same business day; delivery is within the United States only.
FAQ: Orders before 2pm EST ship the same business day. It separately describes USPS Priority Mail delivery as typically 2–3 business days.
Contact page: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Shipping policy: Processing typically takes 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed.

These are conflicting merchant statements, not four verified service levels. Confirm the applicable cutoff and processing time before relying on a deadline. Processing and carrier transit are different stages; we did not test either.

The FAQ advertises free US shipping over $200 and a $10 fee below $200. The shipping policy instead says costs are calculated at checkout. Check the actual charge, including the treatment of an order exactly at $200.

What is DelixLabs' return and refund policy?

The refund and return policy generally makes sales final. It excludes change-of-mind returns, customer ordering errors and opened, used, tampered or improperly handled products.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items have a limited claim process:

Deadline: Notify DelixLabs within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Evidence: Supply the order number, a description and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Possible remedies: DelixLabs may provide a replacement or store credit, or a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
No automatic entitlement: Remedies remain at the merchant's discretion. Non-delivery refunds also have conditions and are discretionary.

The DelixLabs FAQ separately promises a full refund or replacement for batches that fail to match published identity or purity results, and free reshipment for lost or damaged domestic deliveries. Those stronger promises are not reconciled with the formal return policy's discretionary terms. We did not test which terms DelixLabs applies in practice.

The listed support address is support@delixlabs.com. Published response promises differ: the FAQ says four business hours, the About page typically one business day, and Contact says 24–48 business hours. We did not test response speed.

Our limited October 12 searches for DelixLabs, delixlabs.com and Delix Labs did not yield usable, independently attributable customer feedback on Reddit or Trustpilot. Similarly named businesses are not evidence about this vendor.

This does not establish that no reviews exist, and it is not a positive or negative reputation score. We cannot assess real-world delivery consistency, customer satisfaction or complaint handling from the sources reviewed.
