Dosing Math FAQ

The three conversions people ask about most.

How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a peptide vial?

The water volume changes the concentration, not the total milligrams in the vial. Common practice adds 1-3 mL of bacteriostatic water to a 5-10 mg vial; the resulting concentration is vial mg divided by water mL. Every PeptideStack calculator shows the math for your exact vial and water amount.

How do I convert syringe units to milligrams?

On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units = 1 mL. Milligrams per unit depend on your mixed concentration: mg per unit = (vial mg / water mL) / 100. Our calculators do this conversion for any vial size and target amount.

What is the KLOW blend?

KLOW is a four-compound blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV, typically supplied as an 80 mg total vial. Our KLOW dosage guide breaks down each compound's share and the KLOW calculator converts any dose into syringe units.
